I'm not getting email I should be getting
Not receiving mail? It could be in your Other (not Focused) tab. Focused Inbox can be a great way to save time deleting bulk mail, but it needs to be trained a bit.
By default, the Outlook client shows you the Focused Inbox:

Click the 'Other' tab to see bulk mail. Your vacation requests and other messages from Workday may be here:

Do you see messages in the Other mailbox that you wish were more visible? Right-click and select Always move to Focused inbox if you want all future messages from that sender to be delivered to the Focused tab. You can also do the reverse; select Always move to Other inbox if you don't want to process that mail in your primary inbox.
